His productions have spanned an enormous range of repertoire from <i>West Side Story</i> to <i>Madama Butterfly</i> and <i>La bohe@me</i> to <i>La Cage aux Folles</i>. He conceived of, designed and directed the world premiere production of  l lavori d amore persi , a compilation of music theatre fragments by Claudio Monteverdi for the Bloomington Early Music Festival, as well as the newly composed absurdist opera, <i>The Pig, The Farmer and The Artist</i> at La Mama s Off-Broadway in New York City.</p> <p align="left" class="body-wide"> Mr. Parry has served on the faculty of Indiana University at Bloomington, where he received his Master s degree in Opera Stage Direction. He has been a visiting professor at the New England Conservatory, Amherst College, Peabody Conservatory and The Ohio State University </p> <p align="left" class="body-wide"> Mr. Parry has ongoing affiliations with New York City Opera, Sante Fe Opera, Boston Lyric Opera, and many others. As a composer, he premiered his quartet theatre song cycle,  On the Impracticality and Sure Impossibility of Perpetually Uncomplicated and Everlasting Love at NYC Singers Forum.
